By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, GrimSpiiral, prior to the commission.

GENERAL TERMS- Any behavior I deem unacceptable will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs
- Follow all rules provided in the commission info, YCH, or adoptable post if rules are listed.
- If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline your commission or purchase of the YCH/adoptable.

PAYMENT- Payment will be discussed with the commissioner before any artwork has been started as I have different payment policies for different types of commissions.
- The currency accepted is USD only and can be sent through most platforms except Venmo
(EX: PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, etc)

PROCESS- Work In Progress will be given if the commissioner asks for it at any time during the process of the commission.
- WIPs might also be given if I'm curious about something in the commission.- The time for your commission to be completed will depending on many factors such as;
mental health, order of commission, complexity, work*, or family issues.I do have a full-time labor-intensive job, so this will highly affect the timeline for commissions--so if you have a deadline you need me to finish by, you will either be charged a rush fee depending on complexity or I will refer you to another artist.If any of the things stated above occurs (besides order of commission), you will be notified.

__CUSTOMER SASTIFACTION__- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy; however, after a commission is finished, only small changes can be made.
EX: Such as small coloring/marking mistakes, or if I forgot any important details to the commission.- Any large changes will come with an extra charge, as it will cause me to possibly redraw/rework a portion of the drawing.
EX: Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.

COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, GrimSpiiral, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the artwork to;
- Promote myself with in any social media or website.
- To display it anywhere of my choosing.
- Post it wherever I want for any reason.The commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless there is an legal-binding agreement otherwise.
- Print the art and claim the right to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
EX: such as tagging me, the artist, or posting links to my social medias.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, you will be blacklisted from my commissions.The following is considered Copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will be fairly negotiated as I would like to be fairly compensated for my work.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
EX: Use it in books, video games, board games, covers, as a prop, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
IMPORTANT: Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited in any way.With the purchase of the commercial rights, you will also get the .PSD file of your commission.

CANCELLING/REFUNDS- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time before the artwork has been sent to the commissioner.
- The commissioner cannot and has no right to ask for a refund after the commissioned artwork has been received--unless the commission is not what was agreed upon.
- If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission, and the file will be deleted from my hard drive as the commission is canceled.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- You will also be blacklisted from ever commissioning me, GrimSpiiral, ever again.
- Your handle, character(s) you commissioned to be drawn, and any messages between us will be posted to warn others about the chargeback.

**I WILL deny any commission & request for commercial use if it will be used as an NFT or other types of cryptocurrencies. **

LINE WORK & FLAT COLOR PAYMENTS WILL BE REQUESTED AFTER SENDING THE FINAL SKETCH. REFUSAL TO PAY WILL RESULT IN YOUR COMMISSION NOT BEING FINISHED UNTIL PAYMENT IS PAID IN FULL.IF YOU COMMISSION A SKETCH, ALL PAYMENT WILL BE BEFORE PROJECT IS STARTED.

- Rush fees are the original price doubled--including all extra costs as in Backgrounds, Reference, or NSFW/Gore costs.- I can do references, but I will charge an extra fee depending on the complexity of the reference. The base add on for references is $15 plus any add ons like extra bases for alt outfits, facial expression headshots, etc.
(Range for whole total: $85-135)- I charge double the price for two or more characters!
(EX: 2 Full Body Flat Colors will be $130, etc)- I don't do complex backgrounds; but if reasonable to my current skill set, a background would be an extra charge depending on complexity!
(Range for add-on: $15-35)- I will charge an extra small fee for NSFW and Gore (depending on the complexity and fetish/kink for NSFW)!
(Range for add-on: $25-45)

I adjust payments with PayPal due to PayPal Invoice fees, so prices may vary!

When commissioning me, please send me a general template such as:- Your name and pronouns if you are not a mutual/friend!- Character references
This includes: full references, images of the specific things you'd like, character personality, colors & where to put them if reference/sketch not colored, and pose references!OPTIONAL THINGS:- Colors/Designs/Shapes for the simple backgrounds I do!
I typically use basic shapes (rectangle, circle, triangle, etc) but if you want, I can add small details into the shapes or do another shape upon request!
(EX: gradients, little flowers or hearts, rays, halos, etc)

Things I will draw:
- Humans/Humanoids/D&D characters/etc
- Furries/Anthros
- Ponies
- NSFW*
- Guro/Light Gore*** I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REQUEST IF I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE REQUEST, NO MATTER WHAT**

Things I will NOT draw:
- Mechs & Gundams
- Incest
- Abusive ships
- Pedophilia/Loli/Shota
- Certain fetish art (Inflation, Feet, Scat, ABDL/DDLG/MDLB, etc)
- Extreme or violent gore
- Hate Pieces (Either derogatory in nature or in response to another creator)
